The rest of my day could go horribly wrong, and yet I would be happy, because I have this. Well done, Snap. Well Done.

This will not end well for you, ‘bunny’.

I see the T-16, so I can only assume that’s an infant womprat.

The smaller size of the infant womprat makes the bullseye-ing that much more impressive. Less so if you have to get out and chase them around on foot, admittedly...

It’s still keeping a pest population down, and infant womprat organ meats are a delicacy. A well-tuned Blastech can stay confined to outer tissues without searing anything you really want to save, and tibanna contamination usually isn’t a problem.

I’ve spent many a day testing my skills in Beggar’s Canyon. It’s one of the great, simple pleasures of life to set down in the evening, just as the twin suns are at their lowest point, with nothing but a flask of Juma Juice and a spit-roast of freshly caught womprat to keep you company.

All the same, I’d rather hunt in the dunes outside Mos Entha - better trade, and when you get done hunting, you can invite people with you to some of the spaceport attractions. The Lucky Despot is overrated, though.
Oh, and since nobody else has posted it on us:

Ah, you see, for me the hunting is only part of the fun. Skimming along the dunes near Mos Entha is great if you want to relax and cruise, but it’ll never have the same sort of thrill as barrelling down the canyon at speeds that might best be described as ‘ill-advised’.
Also, I just took this picture for fun, so yeah:
But I’m still like:

I do not have a lightsaber collection. I do, however, have a full scale classic-series Doctor Who Dalek that I built from plywood, fiberglass, and two child’s bicycle frames. I am also mostly responsible for a friend’s Shrine of Vader, which is a cabinet of... I think at last count 30 different variations. Pez Vader, stuffed Vader, Christmas stuffed Vader, watch Vader, earbuds Vader, Potatohead Vader, Lego Vader...

The left-most Sonic in the picture doubles as a TV remote, so it’s generally next to my bed. Oh man, do I want a shrine of Vader. All I have is Vader-head money box and giant Vader:
My first love will always be Star Trek, though, and I’m always looking for means to expand my Enterprise collection:
So far, all I’m missing is the C, as I don’t believe anyone’s made a full-size toy of it yet, and I’m terrible at actual model kits. I suppose I’m technically missing the A, too, but as it’s just the TMP refit with an A on the registry, it’s not a priority for now. I’m missing a proper stand for my TOS Enterprise, too, which is why it’s currently sitting atop my Xbox/PS2 stack:
And JJprise hides in shame behind my monitor, ‘cause I still don’t really like those films (The posters are largely a consequence of my having yet to come across a good TNG poster):
My only Dalek is this little guy:
I’ve been meaning to at least get ahold of one of the big, nuWho RC ones. Oh, and here’s Shaun, the Chief, and some widdle ships, to round out the whole thing:
And, finally, a subset of my mostly loft-bound Hot Wheels collection:
So, basically, ‘I buy a lot of crap’ is pretty much what I’m getting at.

If I’m not mistaken, there are two Huge Vaders in the Shrine. The friend also has a minor ST collection, but part of that is inherited from his father in law. It includes a TOS bridge playset from the 60s, which is awesome. I actually built the pedal-power full size Dalek at his place, and he has a wheelchair base converted to R/C that at one point we were trying to build a new series Dalek on. Outside that, I’ve only got 2-3 toy Daleks. I need moar. Somewhere around, I’ve got a sixth Doctor coat I made, but it needs some repair and improvement, as portions were thrown together on late nights during Dragon*Con one year. Also, your K-9 is kickass.

Also, is that an orange VW Rabbit pickup Hot Wheels? This whole conversation is reminding me of Simon Pegg and Nick Frost on Top Gear and their discussion of Artoo mimicry as being a nerd mating call.

Golf pickup, ‘cause I’m European, but yup. I’m slightly worried I may’ve made a mistake in taking it out of the box... But I’ve never been one for that kind of collecting. I like to play with my stuff.
And yeah, I’m definitely getting that vibe—like, perhaps a tad too much.

Heh. I’m actually going to be in Europe (well, the UK) next week, but mostly to hang out going to motoring events and trawling junkyards. Going to a big Whovian event should probably be on my bucket list at some point.

Indeed it should! Tom Baker was at a comic fest thing in my town a week or so ago! (I’m in the UK.)
